10. Markus Merk (Sweden)
Markus Merk born in 15 March 1962 has been declared 6 times the best referee in German league. He has directed many matches in his career from 1988 til 2008 but the match most fans will remember is the derby in UEFA Champions League AC Milan vs Inter Milan in 2004/2005, where he controversially dissalowed the goal from Inter-player Esteban Cambiasso.
